Island Hopping DTS
The Island Hopping DTS is based on the Apostle Paul Strategy (Missionary Journey). The apostle Paul was mostly sent from Antioch and travelled throughout the region of Asia Minor including the islands. Australia is our sending HUB to influence our region of Australia and the Pacific Islands.
Our Island Hopping DTS focuses on three target regions:
- Polynesia - Samoa, Tonga, Cook Islands, Niue, Tokelau, Wallis and Futuna, Tuvalu etc.
- Micronesia - Saipan, Guam, Palau, Kiribati, Nauru etc
- Melanesia - Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Fiji, Vanuatu, New Caledonia etc.
During the Island Hopping Outreach Phase, one of the three target regions is chosen and the outreach will take place on two, three or more of the Islands within that target region. Experience the culture, celebration and be part of influencing the Islands for the sake of the gospel! It will be a life changing experience you will never forget!
